Former CNA Employees Form Consulting Firm; to Offer Discounted Services to Company’s Agents and Brokers

Chicago, IL October 15, 1999 - Bob James, Executive Vice President of CNA Commercial Insurance, has announced that Pamela Millard and Diane Herbert, formerly of the Agency Consulting Group at CNA, have left the company to form an independent consulting firm. The new firm will maintain close ties to CNA that include offering discounted services to CNA agents and brokers in general, with additional discounts to CNA High Performance Agents.

Millard and Herbert are calling their new firm Transformation Advisors, Inc. Management consultant services they offer include strategic planning, organizational design and workflow design for personal, commercial and life/health insurance agencies.

According to James, the experience gained by Millard and Herbert while working as CNA in-house consultants strengthens their value in the marketplace. "They have a well deserved reputation for old-fashioned integrity and common sense. They know the industry inside and out and that enables them to come up with solutions that are workable and practical," he said.

Transformation Advisors maintains offices on both coasts.
